Bow Hunting For The Big One !!
The Inuit have a name for the huge Muskox . It is Umingmak. A lot of organizations have them in one classification. Success rates for bow hunts are close to 100% but the success rate does not mean that it is an easy hunt. It is far from that.
The weather and access are the challenges for many a hunter. Sometimes the temperatures can be -20F , equipment issues , mounds of clothing to keep warm all these play into the trial and tribulations of the hunt. And on top of that bow hunting is a challenge itself. The right distance the right shot all is a factor in the success of your hunt.
The hunt is also not cheap there are many things that have to be addressed into getting to the locations for the hunt.
So all in all these hunts are not for the faint of heart. This is for the serious and dedicated.
